I want that nobody should be able to change the settings like background wallpapers on my computer . Is there a way to disable the wallpaper option so that nobody changes my personal settings.
I am moving into a new house. How can I go about removing grease stains from the wallpaper in the kitchen? I have tried Pine-sol, which didn’t work; neither did hot soapy water. I don’t want to ruin the wallpaper. Please help!

ive looked at loads of sites on the internet but they all seem to be full of floral stuff or plain wallpaper. i want something dark, like black or very dark blue, but i want it to have like a ghetto-ish effect. but i dont know where to find any cool wallpaper, something retro or random.
im also thinking about getting a few mates to spray some gang tags and grafitti over it.
any help would be great

I have a picture on my computer that I want to set as wallpaper. It is portrait size and it stretches. When I tried to change it to center it just zooms in and looks worse. I have Windows XP. Can anyone tell me why it is doing this, and how I may correct it?
I have a LG laptop with a 12.1 inch screen.I bought a 22 inch flatscreen monitor so that i can extend my desktop onto it.But now when i apply my wallpaper(1680×1050,that is my screens resolution) it gives the wallpaper full screen my laptop screen but not on my 22 inch.How can I fix this?
