What is the best way to remove wallpaer? This wallpaper has been up a while! I got the "vinyl" part of the wallpaer off, but there is the "paper" side still on the wall. Can anyone offer any ideas that will not screw up my wall? thanks in advance.

I live in a manufactured home and the previous owners put either wallpaper or to me it looks and feels like contact paper as a border down the middle of the walls. I been removing it with a razor blade, but it leave a sticky residue.
