he is 8 and wanted a race car room. I have painted his room red and put black and white checkered lightswitch, big checkered flag on the wall and race car comforter, a poster of Dale jr, and a dale jr pendent on the wall. we have textured walls so I am limited to wallpaper border cause it wont stay. Does anyone have any ideas that arent expensive that i can put on the walls or any ideas?
I would like to find wallpaper border in the same colors/pattern of the Vera Bradley Java Blue fabric. I know Vera Bradley sells merchandise for the home, but I can’t find wallpaper.
Hi I am going to redecorate (paint) my flat but its a rented flat so cannot make any changes can only repaint in same colours etc. Every room has a wallpaper border running around the top of every wall thus making it awkward to paint around it on the ceiling and the wall edges. What would be the best way? If i put up masking tape it may peel off the paper, is there anything else i can use? Or am i doomed to use a small brush that will take ages!
I am an illustrator, and yesterday I drew up a wallpaper border design I really like. If nothing else, I’d like to get it printed so I can hang it in my studio. Ideally, I’d like to attempt to pitch it to a wallpaper company. Where do I get either or both of these things done?
We are re-doing my in-laws family room and it has a wallpaper border around the top of the wall. We can’t paint over it because the was is textured and the outline of the border will show through. What is the best way to get ALL of the border off?
I live in an apartment and want to use a wallpaper border, but obviously am not allowed to put it up permanently since we’re renting. I’d have to attach it using a temporary method, but what is the best way to do it without having it fall down?
I know they make temporary wallpaper, but that won’t help me because I’m not going to buy a border, I already have one and need a way to put it up "temporarily".
my room now is purpleish/blue and it has a wallpaper border of matching colored flowers.my bedding matches and the sheets, skirt, and pillows are white.my head board is white. my parents wont let me re-do it because they said that i should be happy with what i have. i also want to re-paint it. i’m 14, a freshman in HS, and we are building a lake house , so there would be a tight budget.
how/where could i go for ideas
yet alone convince them for me to be able to re-decorate my room?
My fiance and I are moving into a house this week that had wallpaper borders on two of the rooms. We want to remove those borders since they are for children’s rooms and we have no children. We’ve both never had to worry about removing wallpaper before so we are completely lost!
What are the steps to taking off a wallpaper border and is it very hard?
Thanks so much everyone!!!
I have textured walls in my kitchen and I can’t find a stencil that I like, but I did find a wallpaper border. Is it necessary to sand off the texture or can I paste the border over it?
Wallpaper Decorating has made such a strong return to trendy interior design that Papier has decided to vastly increase it's range of specially imported German wallpapers.
