		<description>I would think somewhere like Home Depot or Lowes.   I hate wallpaper!!  There is also this chemical you can buy at WalMart called Def I believe you poke holes in the wallpaper then spray this stuff on to pull it off...just an idea!!!</description>

		<description>Hardware store, paint store, rental store. By the way if there is paint over the wallpaper, you will have to scrape off a lot of the paint before using the steamer so the steam can soak into the wallpaper.
And if it is actually a plasticized wallpaper. You will have to find some other method. Check with where you rent the steamer.
You&#039;ve got a hot messy job ahead. I know, been there, done that. Good luck.</description>
